How We Ship
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination zip code and the packed size and weight of your items. Shipping is via USPS or other ground carrier. At this time we regret not being able to offer you a choice of shipping speeds at checkout— so if you need your item quickly, let us know and we will make arrangements with an express carrier.
Fine art prints are shipped in sturdy tubes if unframed, and rigid mailers if framed. Other merchandise will arrive in a box, pouch or tube depending on what kind of protection it requires.
I pack and ship fine art prints from my studio once a week. Other products, such as posters and homewares, ship from the factory as soon as they are made.
Please double-check that you have entered your address correctly, including apartment, unit or suite numbers. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the number one cause of products that don’t make it to their new home.
Posters, Towels and other merchandise may be returned if they are damaged or defective— which, of course, we hope never happens!
But if it does, please don’t hesitate to contact me immediately. The factory will want a few photos; I’ll work with you to get them, and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Fine Art Prints
If you wish to exchange or return a fine art print, please contact me for the shipping address. It is important that the piece be protected in transit, so it would be best if you can put it back into its original tube or box. Otherwise, pack it safely in a sturdy, protective container which prevents creasing, crushing or other damage, and send it by a method which includes insurance and tracking.
